You're paying for AI your team doesn't use.

Studio ModernOps is an AI adoption consultancy for small and mid-sized teams. Becky Vasquez is an AI adoption consultant based in Portland, Oregon. Most companies that buy an AI tool never get it into daily use. We find out why, redesign the work around it, train the people who were supposed to use it, and measure adoption at day 30.

One stalled tool. One team. Thirty days. Then I'm done.

Gallup (April 2026) found that among companies that provide AI tools, 46% of the people not using them say they'd rather keep working the way they already do.

The Katlo™ AI Rescue Jumpstart

$9,500 flat. 30 days. One stalled tool or workflow.

We find out why nobody uses it, fix the workflow around it, train two or three people on your team to carry it, and measure who is using it at day 30.

Week 1: A short survey to your team, then a few follow-up conversations on what people raised.

Weeks 2 and 3: Fix the setup, redesign the workflow, and train the two or three people who will carry it.

Week 4: Measure adoption, document it, hand it over.

The guarantee

If your team isn't using it at day 30, I keep working for up to another 30 days. No extra charge.

We agree on what "using it" means in week one, in writing, with a number in it. Neither of us should be guessing at day 30.

What has to be true

I turn down work that cannot succeed. Three things need to be in place before we start.

– Someone with authority who wants this to work and will say so out loud

– The people being trained are actually released from other work for the sessions

– The tool is licensed, installed, and working

If any of those are missing, I will tell you before you spend anything.

HOW IT WORKS

Inside the Katlo™ AI Rescue Jumpstart

The Katlo™ AI Rescue Jumpstart moves through four phases over thirty days. Most AI adoption consultants fail on complex projects for one of two reasons: the consultant understands the system but cannot get people to move, or understands people but cannot read the technical reality.

I built the Katlo™ AI Rescue Jumpstart for the gap between those two failures, after thirty years of being called in when a technically complex project needs both a systems thinker and someone the team will actually trust.

SEE (Week 1)

Find out what is actually happening before anything moves

CLARIFY (Week 2)

Name what matters and get the right people moving together

BUILD (Week 3)

Systems built with people, not delivered to them

SUSTAIN (Week 4)

Make the change hold after the engagement ends

James Zervios, Senior VP and COO, Obesity Action Coalition

“Working with Becky on the development of our custom GPT was an incredibly efficient and informative process. She helped us understand each step, the purpose, the application, and what our desired results could be. She was in constant communication with our organization and delivered on all accounts.”

Solo Healthcare Practice Owner, Pacific Northwest

“Rebecca named one line that stopped me cold: too much of the clarity lives implicitly inside you.” In 90 days she had a documented operating model and a defined patient pathway in place. Infrastructure that holds the thinking instead of depending on the founder to hold it.

That is usually enough for me to tell you whether it is worth fixing.
